By accessing or using Swiftoutfit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Swiftoutfit provides AI-powered outfit planning, wardrobe management, styling recommendations, visualization features, and related services.

You may need an account to use certain Swiftoutfit features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information reasonably current.

You can create an account with email and password, or sign in with Google. If you use Google, that sign-in is also subject to Google's terms and policies.

Swiftoutfit uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit recommendations, visualizations, styling suggestions, and related content.

A recommendation or generated image may contain errors or may not fit every person, event, setting, climate, or occasion. Garment details in an image may differ from the written recommendation or from a real item in your wardrobe. You decide whether to rely on a suggestion.

You may upload or provide wardrobe images, descriptions, profile information, event details, preferences, and other content. You retain ownership of content you provide.

You grant Swiftoutfit permission to host, store, and process that content so we can provide the wardrobe, outfit, image, and account features you use.

You may not misuse Swiftoutfit, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, interfere with its operation, circumvent usage restrictions, abuse automated systems, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Swiftoutfit may provide free features subject to usage limits and paid features available through subscriptions or other payment arrangements.

Feature limits, available functionality, pricing, and plan benefits may change from time to time.

If you purchase a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide in accordance with the plan presented at the time of purchase.

You can review or cancel Premium in the billing portal linked from your account. The price and billing period are the ones shown at checkout. This page does not add a separate refund promise.

We aim to keep Swiftoutfit available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party service interruptions, security issues, or other technical reasons.

Swiftoutfit and its software, branding, design, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Swiftoutfit intellectual property.

Swiftoutfit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Styling recommendations and AI-generated output are provided for informational and convenience purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swiftoutfit and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to Swiftoutfit where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or material harm to the service or its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Swiftoutfit after updated terms take effect may constitute acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by applicable law.
