Swiftoutfit is an AI-powered outfit planning and wardrobe styling service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Swiftoutfit website and related services.

We collect the information you give Swiftoutfit to use the service. That includes your email address, wardrobe photos and the clothing details saved from them, style profile choices such as model presentation and any appearance notes you enter, event details you submit when planning an outfit, and messages you send through Help & Support.

We also store what is needed to run your account: sign-in activity, feature usage counted toward your plan, saved outfit recommendations and generated outfit images, and your subscription status.

If you choose to sign in with Google, Swiftoutfit receives the basic account details Google provides for that sign-in, such as your email address, name, and a unique Google account identifier.

Swiftoutfit uses this information only to authenticate you, create or connect your Swiftoutfit account, maintain your signed-in session, and provide account-related features.

Swiftoutfit does not use Google account information for advertising and does not sell Google user data.

We use this information to operate Swiftoutfit: to sign you in, keep your account, generate the outfit recommendations and images you request, save your wardrobe and outfits, apply your plan limits and subscription, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and protect the service.

Swiftoutfit uses artificial intelligence to recommend outfits and create outfit images. The photos, wardrobe details, style preferences, and event details you submit for a request may be sent to an AI provider so that request can be completed. We use that processing to provide the feature you asked for.

AI-generated recommendations are intended for general styling assistance and may not always be accurate or suitable for every circumstance.

Swiftoutfit uses service providers to run the product. They provide account sign-in, database and file storage, hosting, email delivery for account messages such as confirmation and password reset, payment processing, and the AI features described above.

These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services to Swiftoutfit and subject to their applicable terms and privacy obligations.

Premium is billed by our payment provider. The provider handles your card details. Swiftoutfit stores the subscription status and the customer reference needed to manage your plan, not your full card number.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers when necessary to operate Swiftoutfit, comply with law, protect the security of the service, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of users and others.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect user information. However, no online service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Swiftoutfit, maintain your account, satisfy legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may stop using Swiftoutfit at any time. You may also revoke Google access through your Google Account settings. Revoking Google access does not delete information already stored in your Swiftoutfit account. To ask us to remove your wardrobe, saved recommendations, or account, sign in and contact Help & Support, or email support@swiftoutfit.com.

Swiftoutfit is not intended for children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we may update the date shown at the top of this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.
